SANTA CLARA – Ahmad Brooks spoke at his locker Friday afternoon. Here’s what he said about the 49ers rivalry with the New York Giants.
BROOKS: With them, it’s kind of like we’re fighting somebody in a battle, or we’re fighting somebody in a boxing ring and we keep getting knocked down. We’ve got to keep getting up and facing our opponent. Last year they beat us in the Championship and they beat us this year, so we know if we ever play them again, we know it’s going to be a fight, we know it’s going to be a battle.

I’ll never forget that Monday Night game that ended 7-3. What a defensive performance by both teams. I believe Lott and Simms were jawing as they exited the field.
Talk’s cheap niners sure did not show up for that last game , right now giants are in another league ( Super Bowl league ) Did the niners really think that the giants weren’t going to bring it , they herd all the talk about they did not beat niners , so they kicked butt and made a statement ……

That giants game is the first game in a long time that the niners gave up , and I’m calling you out the players and I hope you are reading these blogs , you guys did not look like Super Bowl caliber team more like Super Bowl wannabes , and I don’t want hear you had a bad game, not that one It was to big for that kind of talk and I don’t want hear will see them agin JUST GET IT DONE …
