Veteran tight end Anthony Becht, who visited the Raiders and 49ers on Monday and Tuesday, has agreed to re-sign with the Cardinals.
This was first reported by Pro Football Talk, which cited a league source.
The 49ers remain in the market for a blocking tight end. The 49ers carried just two tight ends last season. Whenever they needed an extra tight end as a blocker for short-yardage situations, they called upon a backup lineman to fill that role.
