A peek inside 49ers draft room

OK, who can read lips?

 

The 49ers have live streaming video on the website of their draft room. If you look at the video screen (it’s not on all the time), the black curtain on the left side of the screen is the bottom of the 49ers’ draft board.

At the lead table are coach Mike Singletary, director of player personnel Trent Baalke, president and CEO Jed York and owner John York.

 

Of course, you can see the draft board if you piece together my previous three blog entries.

 

The table at the top left side is the direct line to New York, where the 49ers’ representatives are stationed and will turn in the draft cards after the club makes its selections. Assistant equipment manager “Doc” Dressler and logistics manager Steve Risser are representing the 49ers in New York.
