Here’s what Jim Harbaugh said at his Monday press conference about the St. Louis Rams in general and their quarterback, Sam Bradford, in particular.
HARBAUGH: [The Rams] are playing good football. I think it’s an improved team. It seems like they’re doing a very good job.
Q: Did you watch film of them this week?
HARBAUGH: Yes.
Q: What new challenges do they present your team?
HARBAUGH: New challenges…schematically? Personnel-wise? Personnel-wise they’re a much healthier team than they were a year ago. There are some things that are new schematically. Some new personnel.
Q: What have you seen from Rams’ QB Sam Bradford this season? How has he improved?
HARBAUGH: He’s always been a pretty top-notch guy. We didn’t see him last year – he was inactive for both games that we played against him. He’s got all the things you look for in a top-notch quarterback in this league: Calm demeanor in the pocket; excellent technique, footwork, arm strength; real good location. Good football player.
