NFL.com just reported the 49ers are “highly interested” in trading for the New York Jets’ 27-year-old three-time All Pro cornerback Darrelle Revis.
The 49ers are not the only team that wants Revis. The Seahawks, Broncos, Packers, Patriots and Bills are also reportedly interested.
The Jets apparently want draft picks in return for Revis. The 49ers have a first round pick, a second round pick and two 2013 third round picks they can offer the Jets.
Do you think the 49ers should trade for Revis? Carlos Rogers will be 32 years old next season, and he seems to be declining. On the other hands, Revis tore his ACL back in Week 3, and he will be a free agent after next season.
