The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office issued the following media advisory on Tuesday: “The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has referred the Aldon Smith case to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office for misdemeanor consideration.” Considering Smith will not face felony charges for this incident, do you think the NFL will suspend him?
