SANTA CLARA — The 49ers made 10 roster moves today. They placed Cornellius Carradine, Quinton Dial, Marcus Lattimore, Luke Marquardt and Eric Wright on the Non-Football Injury List. Report: Santa Clara D.A. will not charge Brooks

The Sacramento Bee just reported the Santa Clara District Attorney has decided not to file charges against Ahmad Brooks for assaulting Lamar Divens. The San Jose Mercury News just reported the Santa Clara County District Attorney could charge Ahmad Brooks with felony assault, although the charge could be reduced to a misdemeanor or dropped entirely.
