Where would Roman go and who would replace him as 49ers offensive coordinator?

A few of you have suggested recently that Greg Roman might get a head coaching job this offseason, either at a University or an NFL team.

For the sake of discussion, let’s say he does leave the 49ers in a few months and becomes a head coach somewhere else.

Where would he go? Would he go to the San Diego Chargers? Or a Pac 12 team? Or a Big 10 team? Tell me exactly where he would go, and why.

One more thing – tell me who would take Roman’s place as the 49ers’ offensive coordinator. Would it be quarterbacks coach Geep Chryst? Or offensive assistant Paul Wulff? Or somebody in another organization, like Philadelphia Eagles’ offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg? Or somebody from college, like Oregon head coach Chip Kelly?

Eager to read your thoughts.
