SANTA CLARA — The 49ers made 10 roster moves today. They placed Cornellius Carradine, Quinton Dial, Marcus Lattimore, Luke Marquardt and Eric Wright on the Non-Football Injury List. Report: Santa Clara D.A. will not charge Brooks

The Sacramento Bee just reported the Santa Clara District Attorney has decided not to file charges against Ahmad Brooks for assaulting Lamar Divens.
