    1. I’m such an idiot. I just bought a 50-inch TV. Of course I can sync my laptop to it. I’ll use the big-screen next week. Thanks, Razor.

    2. N F L T V N O W .. is the best deal for the money, and now that they have added the DVR + 300 hrs of space and the series record option..N F L T V N O W is absolutely fabulous…..its makes SLING, Directv and others lacking terribly. I know, i have had them all! ~~~

    3. We were looking to save money on our cable bill. nfltvnow . com is a whole lot cheaper with many of the same channels as cable. I do miss a few, but for the value, we get a great many of the same channels.

  1. One of the best plays that I liked was Nzeocha’s blocked punt. He blew up his blocker and helped set the tone.
    .
The 2 pick sixes were cool, too. Generally, I liked how the defense was punching at the ball.
    .
Woods has coached up Witherspoon. I saw him look back for the ball and make a play on it.
    .
The worst plays were the Bucs running up the middle. Seemed like players were out of position, and no gap integrity. Glad to see Saleh make an adjustment. Sherman looked grabby, at times, but glad he was not called on that last pass.
    .
JG’s worst play was the pick six, but I liked how he over came the adversity, and did not let that rattle him.

    1. The play where Witherspoon smoothly turned and looked for the ball, and attacking it was text book. It should be shown as an example on how it should be done, and I’d distribute it to all my scouts to emphasize what we’re looking for at the position.

I would rescind any previous dictates of mandatory readings of If….

        1. Wasn’t me, lol! Here ya go:

          Wolfpack 1-0
          S***************Daily 1-0
          My Chubb Ertz 1-0
          Jimmy G’s Knees 1-0
          Houston9er 1-0
          Shanhanjob 0-1
          tramatic 0-1
          Jimmy G’s 0-1
          Prestige Worldwide 0-1
          Amsterdam Invaders(me) 0-1

          1. Better luck next week! It’s a long season. I’m super curious what’s behind all those asterisks but I won’t ask, lol!

          2. I had a horrible week, benched all the ones I shouldn’t have and started the ones who should have been benched. Hopefully next week goes better lol.

            1. I feel your pain. I had Sammy Watkins and all of his 40 + points sitting on my bench! And of course, only lost by a single point. Grrr!

  2. The knives (sporks?) are out (and have been….). This will be a fun season, no doubt…

The excuse farmers are out in this thread. Fact is sometimes he just doesn’t see the field well enough. Guaranteed it came up in the game film review too. Wrote about that here last week: https://www.ninersnation.com/2019/9/7/20838067/49ers-film-room-the-good-the-bad-and-the-ugly-of-jimmy-garoppolo-part-2-the-bad-and-ugly

  3. Was really ( trouble keeping eyes open ) tired when I watched this, but still hung in because I found it very interesting. Learned a lot.

  4. Meanwhile, AJ Green had over a hundred yards receiving whom Shanahan passed over to get Deebo Samuels. I don’t think Shanny is a good judge of WRs or QBs. Didn’t they pass on Watson who lit up for the Texans and should’ve beat the Saints the other night? I don’t know about you but I’d rather have Watson and AJ Green over Jimmy G and Pettis or Deebo even though Deebo may one day develop but AJ is already a star receiver.

  5. Hey Grant, just got a chance to watch the Periscope. Great job! Very informative and insightful.

    Thanks for your hard work.
