Thursday’s injury report: Gore isn’t injured

SANTA CLARA — Frank Gore wasn’t on Thursday’s injury report. So, he got only 10 carries against the Cardinals on Sunday either because of a strategic choice from Jim Harbaugh and Greg Roman – a choice that didn’t work – or he was dinged up during the game and now he’s fine.

Either way, they’ll need to give him more than ten carries to win the game on Monday night.

Here’s the injury report:

49ers:
Did Not Participate in Practice:
T Joe Staley (concussion), LB Patrick Willis (hamstring)
Limited Participation in Practice: WR Braylon Edwards (knee), RB Bruce Miller (knee)

Steelers:
Did Not Participate in Practice: LB Chris Carter (hamstring), T Marcus Gilbert (illness), S Troy Polamalu (hamstring), C Maurkice Pouncey (ankle), QB Ben Roethlisbeger (ankle), WR Emmanuel Sanders (foot)
Limited Participation in Practice: WR Arnaz Battle (hamstring), CB Curtis Brown (knee)
