Week 3 NFL picks

My week 3 NFL picks.

Rams @ Bears: Rams. Matt Forte is out, so now the Bears have to pass to move the ball and to score points. Jay Cutler will throw it up and the Rams will pick him off more than once.

Bills @ Browns: Bills. Rookie QB Brandon Weeden will lose this home game for the Browns.

Buccaneers @ Cowboys: Cowboys. Dallas will win because they’re the home team.

Lions @ Titans: Lions. The Titans are one of the worst teams in the league.

Jaguars @ Colts: Colts. Jacksonville can’t stop the run. The Colts will have a balanced offense, and they’ll win big at home.

Jets @ Dolphins: Jets. The Dolphins are bad; they only looked good last week because they played the Raiders. The Jets are a respectable team. They’ll contain Reggie Bush and win easily.

Chiefs @ Saints: Saints. New Orleans doesn’t need Sean Payton to figure out how to take advantage of Kansas City’s new cornerback, the former Raider, the Human Pass Interference Penalty, Stanford Routt.

Bengals @ Redskins: Bengals. Washington lost two of their best players to injury this week – OLB Brian Orakpo and DE Adam Carriker. I’m picking the healthier team to win.

Eagles @ Cardinals: Cardinals. The Eagles will keep turning the ball over, and the Cardinals won’t let them off the hook. Kevin Kolb will outplay his old teammate, Michael Vick.

Falcons @ Chargers: Falcons. San Diego’s defense isn’t good enough to slow down Atlanta’s great no huddle-passing attack right now.

Texans @ Broncos: Texans. As bad as the Falcons made the Broncos look last week, the Texans will make them look even worse.

Steelers @ Raiders: Steelers. The Raiders have no chance.

Patriots @ Ravens: Ravens. The Patriots’ offense will be much more pedestrian without star TE Aaron Hernandez. The Ravens defense is still great, even without star OLB Terrell Suggs. And they’re at home.

Packers @ Seahawks: Seahawks. Green Bay can’t stop the run. That’s a big problem, especially when facing Marshawn Lynch in Seattle. The Seahawks’ defense is elite, too, especially at home.
