If the Rams are great, what are the 49ers?

Yesterday, Jim Harbaugh called the St. Louis Rams a great team.

Of course, he was using “coach-speak” like all coaches do. In plane talk, I would call the Rams a bad team. They’re 3-5. They have a subpar offense and a mediocre defense.

But let’s agree with Harbaugh and take his statement one step further. If the Rams are great, what are Harbaugh’s 49ers? What were Bill Walsh’s 49ers? What are the Faclons? What are the Bears?

Is there a word for them? Double Colossal? Extra fantastic? Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious?
