The 49ers have no interviews set up to fill their vacant offensive coordinator position, and no new candidates have surfaced. We’ll keep you posted when there is news.
In the meantime, you can continue to discuss my blog from yesterday about the 49ers’ optimism that Smith will return with a lesser contract. As I wrote a day ago, Smith has been throwing for a couple weeks and should be ready for full work in the spring.
